An 86-years-old man underwent a standard dual chamber pacemaker implantation by a visiting physician (indication: syncope and intermittent high-grade AV block). You were asked to review the patient the following day prior to discharge. The Patient is asymptomatic. His physical examination is within normal limits. Wound looks OK. ECG showed NSR. Satisfactory device check (sensing, threshold and impedance). CXR shown below. *
