Inferior, anterior, or both !

A 55-year-old man, with no previous cardiac history, presented to ER with retrosternal chest pain for several hours.

In ER his BP was 90/60 mmHg. His neck veins were distended and his lungs were clear.

Based on this EKG and his clinical presentation, the diagnosis of acute STEMI was made.
